About Random Daily Urls
Random Daily Urls is a unique and refreshing solution for those overwhelmed by the noise of the internet. In a digital landscape flooded with clickbait and SEO-optimized content, this service cuts through the clutter by delivering a single, thoughtfully curated URL to your inbox every weekday. Curated by Steven Irby, a seasoned software engineer and internet enthusiast, the newsletter embodies the spirit of genuine discovery. It's designed for individuals who yearn for the serendipitous joys of the early web, where every click could lead to unexpected wonder. With a focus on human-curated content, it invites subscribers to explore hidden gems, personal projects, and thought-provoking curiosities that might otherwise remain buried. The main value proposition lies in its simplicity and authenticity—no tips, no tricks, just an intriguing link that encourages exploration and reflection.
About Video Database
The Video Database began as an internal solution to a common frustration: as creators and content strategists we need to "study the best," but this typically means endless scrolling through social platforms riding the algo waves - good or bad. Nobody needs more of that.
Cut30, our short-form video bootcamp, maintains hundreds of hand-curated reference videos throughout its curriculum—valuable examples embedded within tutorials, exercises, and lessons. However, these references were scattered across the platform without centralized organization or analysis. What started as simply organizing and categorizing those videos, was a slippery slope.
